Red Chard
The Red Chard is a biennial herbaceous plant (annual in cultivation) native to the Mediterranean basin. It is harvested by cutting the leaves when they reach a height of 5-10 cm, by mechanical mowing, the number of cuts changes according to the cultivation period.
