Each phase of our productive process is completely inspected and its initial phase arises from a ten-year collaboration with Rauscendo nurseries where experts select the clones that are the most typical and suitable for creating great wines.

The yellow Ribolla is one of the oldest grape varieties cultivated in the hills of Rosazzo. It owes its name to the yellow hue of these grapes that reach their highest level of intensity solely in hillside areas that are well-exposed to the sun. It’s the best grape in Friuli when it comes to producing sparkling wines. Pleasant due to its mineral nature, it is well sustained by a distinct consistency of fruity flavors. In the glass, it immediately shows off its finish and thick, persistent perlage. The nose initially perceives the scent of a fruit basket where you can immediately perceive the aromas of white peach and light hints of vanilla. Known for its good consistency, this wine boast minute bubbles that express pleasant freshness and a delicate aromatic nature.
