Delicate cracker made with the top quality corn from Tenuta Borgoluce in Veneto.

Present in Veneto since the seventeenth century, Biancoperla corn was still used in the century lasted by most of the population, who made the white polenta also known as "di Treviso ", delicate and flavourful.

The crackers, gluten-free, are made with pressing of the whole Biancoperla Corn (Slow Food Presidium) which preserves the germ of wheat and the essential oils contained in it, to enhance the excellent organoleptic qualities of the product.

They go perfectly with cured meats and cheeses, or simply as a snack low-fat alternative.
