This little delight comes from the artisan know-how that, in order not to throw away the scraps of the various processes, decides to unite them together: sugar, chocolate and cocoa.
What however distinguishes our sweet truffles, it is the presence of the PIEMONTE PGI HAZELNUT, not only as a grain, but as a basic ingredient of the truffle itself.
