Formaggio Pinot Rosè La Jara
Pasteurized cow's milk cheese and Pinot Grigio Rosè wine from the La Jara farm in Mareno di Piave.
The rind is thin, the flowers on the surface make this cheese refined even to the eye, as well as to the palate. The paste has no holes, ivory white in color.
The fruity bouquet with notes of currant, gooseberry and pink grapefruit of the wine goes perfectly with the delicacy and light flavor of the cheese making it fresh and refined.
Pinot Rosè La Jara is a wine obtained thanks to the vinification of Pinot Grigio grapes, an international vine that allows to obtain particularly fragrant and fruity wines.
Given the delicacy and sweetness of this cheese, we suggest you offer it as an aperitif, perhaps paired with Pinot Rosè La Jara.
