Italian Sulla Honey
It's a traditional fields and meadows flowers honey. Origin from Central, Southern Italy and Sicily. Typical table honey. It's perfect in cookery thanks to its neutral flavour. Good sweeter for herbal tea, it is ideal for a light breakfast when spread on sliced bread.
Colour and appearance: From white to slightly amber-coloured, crystallized.
Flavour and taste: Very delicate flavour, gently herbal flavoured.
