LUI Prosciutto di Norcia PGI is a cured ham made from heavy Italian pig thighs cured for 16 months at altitudes of 1000 metres on the peaks of Norcia’s Sibillini mountains where the climate has an ideal humidity and local temperature balance. A salted cured ham, it is made using the oldest recipe
of the medieval Norcia master butchers.
