At only 14, Domenic Cocco began working in a pasta factory in Fara San Martino. He devoted his life to this fascinating job, guarded all its secrets and in 1944, handed them down to his son Giuseppe, just like the old masters had done with him.
Today, Giuseppe Cocco uses the same machines, memories and tricks in their home–style production as were used at the beginning of the century.
