We research, select and distribute top quality Italian cheeses and charchuterie.
Our product range is becoming quite huge: about 500 cheeses, 400 kinds of cold meat, a wide range of goose, duck and game specialties, few smoked fishes and a delightful selection of sauces to pair with cheese.
We are not affineurs: we select the products and leave them as long as possible in the production place. We don't sell products with our brand because we prefer to let you know and meet when possible the producer.
Our suppliers are both big, well-organised companies and small, disorganised artisans. Both of them sharing the passion for their products and for quality.
