Moro Sicilian oranges grow organic method of farming. The biological farming method allows to obtain very sweet and fragrant citrus completely natural. The colors of organic citrus are more 'live and properties' are beneficial to the body.

Moro oranges biological characteristics: red pulp, juicy and intense flavor.

Moro oranges biological peculiarity: exceptional if squeezed due to higher yield of juice. Presence of anthocyanin pigments antioxidants, which give it the coloring.


INGREDIENTS: 2 fennels, orange, 120g of bresaola, 2 slices of bread, a teaspoon of mustard, 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, the juice of half a lemon, salt

Cut the bresaola into strips. Clean the fennel, wash and slice them thin, keeping aside the barbine (the top of the fennel). Peel the orange and cut it in slices first and then smaller pieces. Cut the bread into cubes and toast them in a frying pan. In a container mix the fennel with orange slices and finish with the strips of bresaola and barbine. Dissolve a pinch of salt in the lemon juice, then diluted with all the mustard and oil. Pour the sauce into a small container and seasoned only at the time of consumption.
