Organic Goat Robiola
It is a fresh cheese, the paste is soft, creamy, spreadable and full on the palate, of white color, no rind. The taste is sweet, slightly acid and savory. The aroma has notes of light, sour milk goat scent, sometimes characterized with herbaceous tones. The olfactory aftertaste is characterized by the acid note that recalls the lemon juice, with the scent of goat cheese present, but barely perceptible.
