Made with old varieties of soft and hard wheat, typical of central and southern Italy, with excellent nutritional properties and a unique aroma, it has a creamy crumb and a strong freshness.
These flours do not attack the body by virtue of their weaker gluten, are rich in nutrients and are more fragrant.
Excellent for sweet and savory combinations.
In case the bread is Frozen, put it in the oven for 50’ at 170°℃
In case the bread is chilled, put it into the oven for 30’ at 170°℃
