Salame Gabbianella
The Gabbianella, one meter and half lenght of salami, is based on the ancient recipe of Salumificio Pedrazzoli, which sees it sacked and hand-tied in a long gentle bud. Sweet in taste, has a big grinder and a minimum maturation of 3 months.
Gabbianella is served on its special wood chopping board. Excellent side by side with a good glass of red wine, for example Lambrusco.
