Mandraffino sparkling wine is born from the dream of two Sicilian businessmen who wants to enhance with a unique idea and innovative excellence of the famous Nero d'Avola grapes, fruits of the generous land of Sicily.
The typical characteristics of the land, the sea breeze that blows in the summer and the Sicilian sun, help to give these grapes considerable quality, not surprisingly, the Nero d'Avola is defined by experts as the "Prince of Sicilian wines."
Based on that, with the knowledge that contribute to the prestige of this wine, it was decided to make a version with the "bubbles".
The result are four elegant sparkling Mandraffino which is at the scent of spices and berries of the Mediterranean basin together with a light and sparkling freshness.
