Tropea Onion Salad

Chop the red onion and combine it with the vinegar in a plate. Let stand for about 30 minutes. Meanwhile, wash and cut the celery and the tomatoes and mix together with kidney beans and tuna in a large bowl. Drain and rinse well the onion and add to the mixture. Stir and seasoned with olive oil, salt, pepper and fresh basil.

One advise: to avoid a bad breath, drink a glass of milk after eating raw onions.
