Smoked Sturgeon
Coming from the Caspian Sea, known and appreciated all over the world for the delicacy of its meat, the Beluga Sturgeon marries the Sardinian tradition in a light smoking with woods of the Mediterranean scrub.
Ingredients:
Beluga sturgeon, salt, smoke, natural Mediterranean flavors. Vacuum-packed product without dyes or added preservatives.
As an appetizer, thinly sliced and seasoned with lemon juice, mayonnaise, chives and a few pink peppercorns. Cut into strips and combined at the last moment with a sautéed oil, chives, chopped parsley and some tomato fillets, it perfectly season a plate of tagliatelle.
