The Greco di Tufo is a wine made from the grapes of the "vine greek" corresponding to "Aminea Gemina", a native of Thessaly. Was brought to Campania by the Pelasgians, released initially in the province of Naples, and later in some areas of the province of Avellino, in particular Tufo, whose soil is rich in sulfur was particularly suitable for the cultivation of this variety. It's a product with a typical incomparable, dry and harmonious flavor and aroma reminiscent of peach and almond.

Style: This is a dry white with aromas of lemon and pear with notes of almond and a light minerality in the finish.
Vinification: Light pressing of whole cluste, old static clearing, fermentation is partially carried out using autochthonous yeast starter.

Colour: Straw yellow.
Taste: this wine is savoury, mineral and refreshing. The final is dense and moderately persistent but it is very enjoyable and reliable.
Aroma: The smell is floral with fruity aromas.
