Grapes Used: 100% Pinot Grigio
Style: The distinguishing feature of this grape is its coppery red colour. Vinification without the skins creates a fine, stylish wine, which nonethelees presents excellent body and structure.
Vinification: Soft crushing of the grapes, removal of the must from the lees at a low temperature, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature (18-20°C) with the addition of selected yeasts.
Ageing: Fine lees contact for a few months, avoiding malolactic fermentation. Aged further in the bottle before sale.

Taste: Assertive, rounded, well-orchestrated palate, although at the same time stylishly crisp.
Aroma: Decidedly fruity fragrance, with aromas of sun-dried hay.
