In the name of this Soave Classico, a must-wine of the Thriving Inama estate, there is the whole sense of a territory able to place his signature in every relationship between man and vineyard: from its soil of lavic basalt draw their strength and nourishment the old rows, arrived at more than 40 harvests, at the feet of Mount Foscarino, on steep slopes that characterize this landscape of unquestionable charm. In the Inama cellar Garganega grapes, harvested by hand, give life to a product that looks to history as a main source of inspiration: "an ancient Soave" (as claimed by Stefano Inama himself), with old vines combined with old barrels, capable of conferring wood tones of extreme delicacy, never prevaricating but always ready to give way to a subtle aromatic complexity. This could be called a minimalist kind of winemaking, or more simply a unique style that anticipates the magnitude of expression of Soave Classico Vigneti Foscarino.
