Cooked Ham With Bone
Whole pork legs from heavy pigs bred in Italy. In line with ancient traditions, pork legs are salted by injecting an exclusive Levoni brine throughout the meat, left to rest and subsequently slowly cooked in steam ovens. To further enhance the taste it is recommended to hand slice the product and serve it cold or to warm it up for a few minutes at about 80°C. It does not contain gluten, lactose, milk proteins and added polyphosphates. Flavour: Smoked
BOILED EGGS IN COOKED HAM:
Pu into the mixer the yolks of hard-boiled eggs with a little 'of ham and a few tablespoons of mascarpone. Salt and season with Tabasco sauce and chopp chives with scissors. Add a few cubes of ham. Stuff the egg whites with the mixture and decorate with chives.
