Sauvignon DOC Colli Orientali del Friuli Le Vigne di Zamo'
The grapes are destemmed and then macerated for one night in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. This is followed by crushing under nitrogen and temperature-controlled alcoholic fermentation. The wine remains on the lees for 8 months before bottling.
Vermentino Bolgheri DOC 2019 Guado al Tasso
Luminous straw yellow colour with greenish highlights, an evidently mineral bouquet with citrus fruit and floral scents, typical of the grape variety in Bolgheri. A crisp, balanced wine with a persistent mineral finish.
Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs well with all kinds of fried food. Perfect with prawns in tempura.
Cervaro della Sala Umbria IGT 2019 Castello della Sala
Cervaro della Sala 2019 is pale yellow in color with notable greenish highlights. Its intense, complex nose shows notes of citrus fruit, pineapples and acacia blossoms that blend harmoniously with hints of vanilla and flint. On the palate, it’s generous, refined and well structured; pleasantly savory notes are well-balanced by typical sweet sensations of hazelnut butter. The 2019 vintage will be remembered as one of Cervaro della Sala’s greatest vintages, perfectly enjoyable upon release, but has remarkable aging potential for years to come.
Historical Data:
The name Cervaro comes from the noble family that owned Castello della Sala during the 14th century, Monaldeschi della Cervara. A blend of Chardonnay grapes and a small quantity of Grechetto make a wine that can age over time and represent the elegance and complexity of this unique estate. Cervaro della Sala is one of the first Italian wines to have malolactic fermentation and aging take place in barriques. The first vintage of Cervaro to be produced was the 1985 vintage.
Tormaresca Pietra Bianca Castel del Monte DOC 2018
A complex and nuanced nose with notes of both citrus fruit and tropical fruit in addition to light floral sensations and vanilla. The palate shows more of this fruit with light touches of oak and a fresh, mineral finish.
Well-integrated oak in this premium Chardonnay.
Pinot Grigio DOC

Working in the vineyards alternates with the application of refined enological techniques and artisan know-how, combined with ongoing research to produce alluring, sensational wines while maintaining respect for man and his environment.
A grape variety of French origin, here in Italy this has become the most famous vine all over the world: in the north-east territories (the regions of Veneto, Friuli and Trentino Alto Adige) it has found its ideal habitat and on completion of the white wine-making process, proposes unpretentious, full-bodied wines that easily accompany a wide range of dishes.
Cala Silente Vermentino di Sardegna DOC
Straw yellow color with luminous green and golden tinges. At nose is complex, intense, with hints of apple, peach and citrus fruits. On palate is natural with long finish in the mouth, it have distinctive suaveness and balance.The Cantina di Santadi Winery is located in the Sulcis area, in South-western Sardinia, just a few miles as the crow flies from the dazzling beaches and white sand dunes of Porto Pino.
It was established in 1960, and after some start-up difficulties, a new management gave it a decisive boost, driven by strong determination which fanned enthusiasm and passion.
Thus the Winery embarked on an ambitious programme, adopting new strategies and clear targets, streamlining its operations and issuing coherent guidelines to its member grape growers.
Gavi di Gavi DOCG
This wine is a straw-yellow hue of mid-range intensity. It boasts clear floral scents accompanied by a hint of melon and a light suggestion of citrus. To the palate it’s elegant, very fresh and tasty, balancing the variety’s typical acidity with a ‘gentile’ profile with good drinkability.
Cortese grapes come from a native vine that boasts very ancient origins and it’s widespread throughout the Alessandrino area. Known for its easy drinkability and for its immediate pleasantness, it gives rise to wines that are clean, fresh and vital. In the Municipality of Gavi, where this wine gets its name, this production is protected by the DOCG label which guarantees the product’s high quality.
A few miles from Casale Monferrato, lies the small village of Olivola. It is a municipality that has little more than a hundred inhabitants, and a wonderful view on vineyards perched on the Monferrato hills. Just outside the village, stands Villa Candiani-Guazzo, once a stately home and nowadays the residence of Bricco dei Guazzi. The Company stands on top of a hill, “Bric” in local dialect, and is surrounded by thirty acres of vineyards, that produce the grapes used for the wine production of the company. Against the backdrop of vineyards, behind the centuries-old cedar tree which is the symbol of the Company, stands the Monte Rosa. Riesling DOC Langhe
A Rhenish Riesling planted in Cascine Drago in the 1980's with fresh citrus flavours in the first year, it later develops the classic complex notes of this grape variety, still with fresh acidity, which gives it good ageing potential.
Straw yellow with greenish reflections, elegant nose with mountain flowers, pervasive and continuous minerality, strong citrus flavour. In the mouth, acid flavour, complexity, volume and length. Possible improvement over time.
Pinot Grigio Ramato DOC
This pinot grigio by Le vigne di Zamò will first surprise you with its particular flavour obtained from the maceration of the skins. The grapes are de-stemmed and left to macerate cold overnight. After that, the pressing and alcoholic fermentation are carried out in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. After 8 months of aging sur-lies, the wine is bottled and marketed.

This was followed by the purchase of vineyards in areas which have traditionally produced the best Friulian wines. Nearly a century later, having won numerous awards and widespread esteem, the company can show off its innovative aspect in its impressive new underground cellar facilities, but its vocation for traditional goodness remains the same.
Ribolla Gialla DOC Friuli Colli Orientali
Using one of the most typical grapes in Friuli Venezia Giulia, Le Vigne di Zamò produces this optimal ribolla gialla. All the fruit is destemmed and pressed immediately, the most ferment in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks at 16-18°C. The wine stays on the lees for eight months before going into bottle.

Sottocastello Bianco DOC 2007
A classy and elegant white wine made from a blend ofChardopnnay and sauvignon selected grape from Friuli region. This wine have complex aromas recalling ripe fruit, wild flowers and eastern spices all well blended width an aroma of roasted wood. On the palate this wine will amaze with its great structure and softness.
The new vines have been planted with the guyot cultivation method, reproposing local varieties, reducing the amount of grapes per vine with the aim of improving the quality of the wine even further. We have a beautiful view of the hills with the terraced rows of vines, surrounded by the woods with the cellar in the centre.
Kerner Praepositus 2016 DOC
Light golden yellow with clearly green reflections. Ripe peaches, dried apricots, orange peel, ginger, and elder blossoms. Juicy and powerful, with soft fruit sweetness in the finish.
This Kerner of Abbazia di Novacella winery is a very aromatic white wine, produced from Kerner grapes that has been introduced in South Tyrol about twenty years ago. The wine is vinified and refined in steel at controlled temperature at about 20 °C.
Tirsat IGT Gurra di Mare
A blend of Chardonnay and Viognier. The first wine of the new winery Gurra di Mare located in Porto Palo (Menfi), Sicily; a perfect terroir for the two international grape varieties. A golden yellow colour with an intense and complex nose that leads to apricot and yellow peaches aromas, white flowers, spices and honey. A sweet exotic intensity that combined with a pleasant freshness conveys in an harmonic wine.
Just under two hectares of Chardonnay and Viognier, on the terrains that descend all the way to the sea, in a unique micro-climate and surrounded by breathtaking scenery. Taking care of a vineyard in a terroir such as this demands a precise and extremely meticulous care. But the results can offer great satisfaction.
The only wine produced by Gurra di Mare is called Tirsat, which in Arabic means reef (it is no coincidence that the ancient name of Porto Palo was “Tirsat abi Tawr”). A name that pays homage to the character of a land that throughout the course of its history has served as a meeting point between different worlds and cultures. Tirsat is a blend of Chardonnay and Viognier grapes vinified based on the French “batonnage” technique (based on keeping the yeast cells in contact with the wine) to give life, in the lands made famous by the production of Planeta wines, to an elegant white with a fruity and very harmonious character.
Carolina Marengo Grillo
Grillo is perhaps Sicily’s lesser known grape variety, although it is certainly not inferior to other white grape varieties. Label drawn by Carolina Marengo.
A straw-yellow wine characterised by rich apple and pear notes, which render it instantly recognisable and appreciated. The taste is warm and dry, slightly tannic and displaying a citric aroma.
Feudi del Pisciotto has the new vineyards (33 hectares planted since 2002) situated at about 250 meters of altitude and 6 km from the sea as the crow flies. It benefits therefore of two climatic moderators: altitude where arrive the sea breezes, and the sea itself, a great compensator of the temperature. The vineyards of Feudi del Pisciotto have 50% of the red wine king of the island, the Nero d’Avola, and 50% of international red wines like Cabernet, Merlot, etc and two white wines Semeiloon and Gewuz Traminer, for an unusual Passito.
Vinsanto San Giminiano DOC
Respectful of old Tuscan traditions, this wine is made from a meticulous selection of Trebbiano, Malvasia and San Colombano grapes, methodically withered on fruit drying racks. After vinification, Vin Santo ages for over 4 years in partially full casks, stored in the historical attics of Cusona.
Guicciardini Strozzi (two families united by marriage) is one of the oldest producers in Tuscany. Their business boasts over 1000 years of activity, with the earliest testimony to Cusona’s existence dating back to 994 AD. The Guicciardini Strozzi winery produces 22 varieties of wines. Amongst the best known labels is the Vernaccia di San Gimignano, which was produced for the first time by the winery in 1200 and exalted by Dante, Michelangelo and Boccaccio.
