Mostarda - Blackberry Mustard Luccini
Blackberry mustard handcrafted in the province of Cremona. The range of mustards prepared by Luccini has been enriched over the years, even offering slightly more particular tastes. The three classic mustards originally produced (apples / pears, citrus fruits, mixed fruit) are now accompanied by more unusual but equally tasty mustards, such as this blackberry mustard, particularly suitable to be savored with a fillet with balsamic vinegar and cheeses (such as Salva Cremasco, grana and Castelmagno). The blackberries, cooked only for a few minutes together with sugar, are ready for the patient candying and decanting process, reaching a sugar content of about 70 degrees. With the addition of mustard essence, the gastronomic masterpiece is then packaged in glass jars. Ingredients: 66% blackberries, brown sugar, water, lemon juice, natural mustard flavoring. Allergens: mustard. It may contain traces of celery. Gluten free. Keep in a cool place. Luccini was born in 2000 with the desire to introduce a traditional Cremonese mustard made according to the ancient family recipe.
